Bill Ming, founder of the company, is a 1980 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN where he earned a Business degree. He was also a member of the MTSU Blue Raider football team for four years from 1976 to 1979 and team captain his Senior year. In 1981, Bill began a commercial banking career with his last ten years as City President of BBVA Compass Bank in Athens, AL. Bill left banking in 2020 with a vision to pursue underserved commercial real estate opportunities in Athens, AL and across North Alabama. He has never looked back sense.
